More Info | Muzzleloader Elk Hunts are truly outstanding Trophy "RUT" hunts, just like our Archery hunts. Just the experience of hunting during the rut gets most hunters excited. Slightly before daylight breaks the skyline, as you head to your hunting area, the scream of a big bull elk lets you know the hunt has begun and your own skills and abilities may very well be the difference in a successful days hunt. Skill and persistence may be the key to your success, but a little cooperation from mother nature never hurts.
These excellent hunts are offered in 2 forms:
Hunt #1:
This a is a do it your self semi-guided hunt. I will help you in pre-scouting, identifying the prime hunting areas and showing you normal travel routes and feeding tendencies. I also spend time glassing areas not being hunted and am readily available to help with questions and strategies. No other amenities are includes other than the private land. The fee for this hunt is $1750.00.
Hunt #2:
This is a fully guided 1x1 hunt with lodging and 2 meals daily provided. One of our skilled guides will work with you day in and day out giving you that added edge of the trained eye and thorough knowledge of the ranch. . It generally takes 2 preference points to draw a tag for this hunt.
5 day guided hunts include;
