More Info | Our Trophy Mule Deer Hunts have produced some real monsters: These hunts take place during the "Prime of the Rut" and there are always some incredible Bucks on our leases during this time. All though a lot of pre scouting is done before the hunt as you may well know these monsters can show up at any time.
The Hunt:
These hunts are for the Trophy hunter looking for a buck of a lifetime. Hunts are conducted in a variety of established trophy only areas. We have harvested bucks up to 238 SCI n/t ( 215 SCI typical.) Garfield County takes the back seat to none, with more B&C bucks taken here than any other county in the nation. A long time established local gene pool keeps a renewed population of trophy bucks in the area. This is not a guaranteed kill. It does however give you an excellent opportunity to take a real monsters. Our seasoned guides will work hard to make your hunt a success. After the hunt you may want to tip your guide as tips play a big part in their income. It is common practice to tip from 5-15 percent of the cost of your hunt.
Lodging:
During the hunt we reside at the Red River Inn in Rifle Co, where we commute each day to one of the ranches (20 - 30 minutes.)
